xhtab1 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and xhtab1 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the website located at xhtab1.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and digital services (collectively, "the Platform").

xhtab1 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under an internationally recognised gaming licence. Our services are directed at and made available to eligible adult users, including players based in Malaysia and other permissible jurisdictions where online gaming is accessible and not explicitly prohibited by local law.

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the xhtab1 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you are of legal age to engage in gambling activities in your jurisdiction (a minimum of 21 years of age is required for all xhtab1 users), and that you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on xhtab1, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xhtab1 strictly prohibits minors from registering or using the Platform in any capacity whatsoever.
• You must be registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party, organisation, or syndicate.
• You must not be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal or where access to xhtab1 is restricted or prohibited.
• You must not already hold an existing Account with xhtab1. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account at any time. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must not have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from xhtab1 or any other licensed gambling platform for conduct in violation of applicable terms of service.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of xhtab1 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. xhtab1 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at any point. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration data constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any other person. xhtab1 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to or activity on your Account, you are required to notify xhtab1 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. xhtab1 will investigate all credible reports of unauthorised Account access in good faith.

xhtab1 may require Users to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. Users are encouraged to activate 2FA at their earliest convenience following registration.

xhtab1 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods including, without limitation: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, and major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). All fiat transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction. General minimums begin at RM30 for e-wallet deposits.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Successful completion of KYC (identity verification) is required prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering ("AML") requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform: e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed in under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes.
• xhtab1 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks where required by our compliance obligations.
• Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed against a Balance that includes such funds.

All bets and gaming sessions on xhtab1 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and lottery products each carry their own product-level rules, which are published within the respective game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between product-level rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

By placing a wager, you confirm that you are acting freely and voluntarily in your own personal capacity, and that you are not placing bets on behalf of any third party or under the influence of any arrangement that constitutes match-fixing, insider information, or any other integrity breach.

• All confirmed bets are final. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed, except where expressly permitted by product-specific rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• xhtab1 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets where a technical error, odds feed error, or integrity concern has been identified, provided that such voiding action is applied consistently to all affected parties.
• In-play (live) betting odds fluctuate in real time. xhtab1 is not liable for odds changes between the time a bet is submitted and confirmed.
• Sports coverage includes Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international events. Market availability is subject to change based on event scheduling and licensing.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market type. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by User account tier and VIP level.

xhtab1 offers a variety of promotional incentives to eligible Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP loyalty rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Specific rollover multiples are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Each promotion is available to one (1) Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• xhtab1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds may be subject to maximum cashout caps as stated in individual promotion terms.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, xhtab1's decision, made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xhtab1 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. xhtab1 reserves the right to take immediate enforcement action — including Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — upon detection of any of the following:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments; misrepresentation of identity; submission of falsified KYC documents.
• Multi-accounting: Creating, using, or facilitating multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming bonuses more than once, or any other improper purpose.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional terms, including low-risk wagering strategies designed to abuse wagering requirement calculations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live poker or other competitive games in a manner that confers an unfair advantage or harms other participants.
• Match-fixing or insider information: Placing bets based on non-public information, or in connection with any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform without xhtab1's express written consent.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to facilitate the placement, layering, or integration of funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for a minor.

xhtab1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides a suite of player protection tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from your Account dashboard at all times.

Available responsible gambling tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, temporary cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion (short-term or permanent). All self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and irrevocably for the duration specified.

All content on the xhtab1 Platform — including but not limited to the xhtab1 brand name, logo, visual design, software, code, game interfaces, text, graphics, video content, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of xhtab1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform; use xhtab1's brand name, trademarks, or logos without express written permission; or scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform by automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xhtab1, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from gambling outcomes, interruptions to service, technical errors, or delays in payment processing.

xhtab1's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xhtab1 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with or without notice.

xhtab1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account and withhold or void any Balance at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that: (a) a User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) a User has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; (c) we are required to do so by law, regulatory authority, or court order; or (d) a User is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Users may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting xhtab1 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be refunded to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

Following Account termination for breach of these Terms, xhtab1 reserves the right to retain any Balance where such retention is necessary to cover losses suffered as a result of the User's conduct or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xhtab1 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a User and xhtab1, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation in good faith. Users may submit a formal complaint by contacting xhtab1 support at [email protected]. xhtab1 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to reach a resolution within 30 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, xhtab1 agrees to participate in any formal alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process available under the terms of its operating licence where required.

xhtab1 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to Users by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Users by email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12 above.

The version date displayed in the Table of Contents reflects the date on which the most recent material revision to these Terms was made effective. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations.
